Returns for Purchased Paintings
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the painting must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a purchased painting.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at eliranbartist@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned painting, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Returns for Rented Paintings
- Condition Upon Return: Rented paintings must be returned in the same condition as received, without any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Return Period: Rented paintings must be returned within the agreed rental period. Late returns may incur additional charges.
- Return Process: Contact our customer service team at eliranbartist@gmail.com to arrange the return of your rental. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Damage Fees: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed, and additional charges may apply.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a painting for the same item, please contact us at eliranbartist@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized paintings are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
