These terms apply to the use of Eliran Bar-On's EB ART site and to purchasing artworks through it. Using the site means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About the artworks

All works shown on the site are original, one of a kind oil paintings, created by hand. There may be slight differences between the color on screen and the actual work, due to display differences between devices. Each work exists in a single copy only.

Pricing

The price of each work is shown on its artwork page. Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. The binding price is the one agreed with you when the order is confirmed.

Order and purchase process

Purchase follows a reservation and manual approval model. Sending a request through the site is not a final transaction or a commitment to sell. After receiving your request, the artist confirms the availability of the work and arranges the payment and delivery details with you directly. A sold work is marked as such, and the same work will not be sold twice.

Payment

The payment method is arranged directly with the artist. An online payment service may be added to the site in the future, in which case these terms will be updated accordingly.

Shipping and delivery

The delivery method, cost and timelines are arranged with the artist based on the work and the destination. Full details are provided to you before the purchase is closed.

Cancellation and returns

These are original, one of a kind works. Cancellation or return requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable law and in coordination with the artist. We recommend reaching out with any question before completing a purchase.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including the artwork images, texts and brand, is the property of Eliran Bar-On and protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage that may arise from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Israel.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
